Briefing for Employment Agencies

The Labour Department will organize an online briefing for the employment agencies industry in February which you are cordially invited to attend. The themes of the briefing include the point-to-note and obligations of employment agencies under the Employment Ordinance, Employment Agency Regulations and the Code of Practice for Employment Agencies in conducting their business, as well as introducing the electronic Employment Agencies Services (e-EAS). Details are as follows:
If you are interested to attend the briefing, please apply on or before 7 February 2023 by any of the following ways:
- complete the attached reply slip and return it to our office (by fax: 2115 3756 or by email: ea-ee@labour.gov.hk); or
- send the required application information, including name of employment agency, name of participant, email address for online registration and particulars of contact person (name, telephone number and email address), to our office by email direct.
