The Labour Department (“LD”) will organize an online briefing for the employment agencies (“EAs”) industry, the briefing will cover the below topics:

When operating the business, apart from the laws and regulations enforced by the LD, EAs must also observe other legislations which are considered most relevant to the operation of EAs. To promote understanding of relevant legislations and regulations, EA practitioners, including operators and employees, are cordially invited to attend the briefing. Details are as follows:

The online briefing will be conducted via Zoom. Participants are required to arrange their own computers or mobile devices with Internet access. Please provide an individual email for registration purpose.
