The Labour Department (“LD”) will organize a seminar for the employment agencies (“EAs”) industry, the seminar will cover the below topics:

Points-to-note and obligations relevant to the operation of EAs in Hong Kong	Representative(s) of the Employment Agencies Administration of the LD
Introduction of the Fair Trading Sections under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance	Representative(s) of the Customs and Excise Department
Brief on the matters about Visa for foreign domestic helpers, Immigration Ordinance and relevant regulations, and “Build Safe Community”	Representative(s) of the Immigration Department

When operating the business, apart from the laws and regulations enforced by the LD, EAs must also observe other legislations which are relevant to the operation of EAs. To promote understanding of relevant legislations and regulations, EA practitioners, including operators and employees, are cordially invited to attend the seminar. Details are as follows:
